      595 = OFA #, 
            G = rating (E=excellent, G=good, F=fair),  
              26 = age in months at time of radiograph (x-ray) 
                  M = sex (Male),  
                      T = Tattoo 
(The older certifications did not indicate the breed, the sex, or any tattoos. 
Either they passed or failed, indicated by the presence of a number granted.)
